I just bought an older house where the previous owner installed very nice Harvey vinyl windows. We love them! One of the windows is missing the half screen. Where can I buy replacement half screens?

my screen has no latches.....how do i remove those???
I have 23 Harvey windows. The windows that get the highest winds are a little harder to move than the others. Other than that, no problems. Thanks for making this.
Thanks for posting this. I have to do this in a few minutes. Of course, I expect this to be sort of liking watching This Old House. You make it look a lot easier than it is. My windows are not sliding very easy. Thats how the pivot bar got broken in the first place. Add a few tips on making the windows slide easily, (here is how to wipe out the sides, ??). All in all, this series of videos is a good effort to make the homeowner comfortable with this kind of minor window maintenance!
Thanks for posting this video. I did have the problem with the piece stuck at the bottom. It was comforting to know that a "good" procedure is to use a screw driver to force it up. For some folks, they may think thats obvious. I thank you for making the video and saying it explicitly.

New Install: Window cracked last cold winter 2013/14. Contractor got new lower window, and left me to replace it. Any Problems (@ 1:30): happened to me, 2nd attempt = success. Good Video!

Our windows were installed in 2000. They do not have a pull tab in the bottom, middle of the screen. There are small rectangular plastic tabs with finger holes in the place of the side clips shown in this video. When we attempt to remove the screen these tabs break and we are unable to remove the screen. Can you give us some tips for this kind of screen? Thank you.
